All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products purchased from our store.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review each case individually and determine the appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

Pickup Orders

Orders selected for curbside pickup are non-refundable if the customer fails to collect their order within the designated pickup window. By choosing the pickup option at checkout, customers acknowledge and agree that unclaimed orders will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. We encourage customers to contact us promptly if they are unable to pick up their order as scheduled to discuss alternative arrangements.
